Timetable: The retreat will begin with Friday evening supper, March 26 and end Monday, March 29 after lunch.

Location: Spirit in The Desert Lutheran Retreat Center, Carefree, Arizona, just north of Scottsdale . To learn more about this facility go to: www.spiritinthedesert.org   See Photos from previous retreats. 

Classes: Correction and refinement of Cheng Man-ch'ing's 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form, Push Hands (T'ui Sho), and Sword Practice will be led by Kim Kanzelberger, a student of Ben Lo, who has over 30 years experience.

• Form Correction & Refinement: 9:30-11:30 am, 3-4 pm & 7-8 pm
• Push Hands: 4-5 pm & 8-9 pm
• Sword: 7:30-8:00 am

Lodging: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.  Single and double rooms with linens provided.  Availability of singles is limited - first come, first serve.

Meals: Friday (1), Saturday (3), Sunday (3), Monday (2).   The first meal is dinner on Friday (6:00 pm).

Cost: $575 (double)     $660 (single) Currently there are no singles left.

•  Initial Deposit: $75 (Double); $160 (Single)

•  $250 due February 1, 2010

•  $250 due February 20, 2010

All fees are non-refundable after their due date
