Timetable: The retreat will begin with Monday evening supper, August 2, and end Saturday, August 7, after lunch.

Location: Shadowcliff Mountain Sanctuary, Grand Lake, Colorado is 100 miles northeast of Denver and just south of Rocky Mountain National Park . To learn more about this facility and to get directions go to: www.shadowcliff.org

Classes: Correction and refinement of Cheng Man-ch'ing's 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form, Push Hands (T'ui Sho), and Sword Practice will be led by Kim Kanzelberger, a student of Ben Lo, who has over 30 years experience.  Tentative Schedule:

• Opening Form 7:00-7:30am; Sword Practice 7:30-8:00pm
• Form Correction: 9:30-11:30 am, 3-4 pm & 7-8 pm.
• Push Hands: 4-5 pm & 8-8:45 pm; Closing Form 8:45-9:00pm

Lodging: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.   Double & Triple rooms with linens provided.

Meals: Monday (1), Tuesday (3), Wednesday (3), Thursday (3), Friday (3), Saturday (2).   The first meal is dinner on Monday (6:00 pm).

Cost:           $660 (triple occupancy)             $740 (double occupancy)

Payment Schedule

•  Initial Deposit: $100 (triple); $180 (double) due March 1, 2010

   Send in your initial deposit early to ensure a space.

Then:

•  $280 due April 15, 2010

•  $280 due July 1, 2010

    All fees are nonrefundable after their due date
