Timetable: The retreat will begin with Monday evening supper, July 30, and end Saturday, August 4, after lunch.

Location: Shadowcliff Mountain Sanctuary, Grand Lake, Colorado is 100 miles northeast of Denver and just south of Rocky Mountain National Park . To learn more about this facility and to get directions go to: www.shadowcliff.org

Classes: Correction and refinement of Cheng Man-ch'ing's 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form, Push Hands (T'ui Sho), and Sword Practice will be led by Kim Kanzelberger, a student of Ben Lo, who has over 30 years experience.  Tentative Schedule:

• Opening Form 7:00-7:30am; Sword Practice 11:15-11:45am
• Form Correction: 9:30-11:15; am, 3-4 pm & 7-8 pm.
• Push Hands: 4-5 pm & 8-8:45 pm; Closing Form 8:45-9:00pm

Lodging: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.   Single, Double, and Triple rooms with linens provided.

Meals: Monday (1), Tuesday (3), Wednesday (3), Thursday (3), Friday (3), Saturday (2).   The first meal is dinner on Monday (6:00 pm).

Cost:   $695 (triple occupancy)   $775 (double occupancy)   $965 (single occupancy)

Payment Schedule

•  Initial Deposit Due March 15:

    $95 (triple); $175 (double); $365 (single)  

Send in your initial deposit early to ensure a space-singles are very limited.

Then:

•  $300 due April 30

•  $300 due July 1

    All fees are nonrefundable after their due date
