This audio recording is for people who have already learned or are in the process of learning Cheng Man ch'ing's 37-posture Tai Chi Chuan form with a qualified instructor. Part 1 of the CD-R takes you through the entire form. The movements are described in broad outline to facilitate a slow, continuous pace. Part 2 gives detailed directions for executing the movements in the form. The tempo is very slow and each new posture has its own track so that it may be replayed as many times as needed. Parts 3 and 4 of the CD-R are standing practices for advanced students.
